Hilarious Things My Boys Write

It was one of those days when the boys behaved so poorly that I banned the iPad, TV, computer, and books (for G1). When we got home, they went off to their room and were quiet for quite a while. When they came back out, they had these for me (the typos are exactly as they were written - I did not edit anything except their names):

Apology Letter

Dear Mum, We are very very sorry for behaving in an atrocious manner, and we think that we have not reached the level of required behaviour that has been set for us. We feel that you have good reason for being furious with our nasty behaviour. Our behaviour was horrendous, fowl, and downright bad. Hitting and biting (in G2's case) for control over a trolley is bad enough, but the fact that we continued by shouting, sticking out tongues, hitting, pinching, and poking is not really acceptable. (Turn over) We know we disbehaved, but I know that G2 really wants to have Ipad, and I really like coding with Aaron (server) and Justin (mod). We know we probably do not deserve privlages by now, but we really want to code (me) and uh, Nexoknightplay (G2)? We humbly ask of your magnanimous kindness to let us have our screens. My Essay: Seven reasons why I should have Youth Digital

  1. It teaches kids how to code and it's fun.
  2. Coding could be useful in life.
  3. You can make mods/servers.
  4. Making mods/servers are educational and fun.
  5. You can make mods and link it to Minecraft to play.
  6. You can share your creations with your friends.
  7. You can have the experience of a Minecraft coder instead of watching popularmmos.

My Essay: Why I should have Ipad

  1. I have rush hour, I can do that.
  2. If I have it, I'll give you all my money.
  3. I'll do educational apps.
  4. If you give me it, I will love you forever.
  5. I'll give you paper so you can write books.

Classic Lines from the Kids

Found these oldies from way back when the boys were still only little... The one bout the shoes I was trying to help G1 understand what it feel like to be the other person. Me: You have to put yourself in their shoes and try to understand what it must feel like. What would you do? G1: I would take my shoes back. Where's my drink?
